Default Need to raise front end

I need to raise the frontend of my 03 TXT. I currently have a 4" lift installed, but the frontend is approx. 2"-3" lower than level. In other words.. the front end sits lower than the rear end. I need more clearance between tire and fender. Will longer shocks and/or shock extensions help, or do I need to replace the front leaf springs with HD springs ?? Thanks !

First shocks DO NOT LIFT ANYTHING, they are to damper for up and down motion only.
You have a lift kit designed for a cart that has good springs to start with?
Unless you have added extra weight to your cart, install new stock springs. HD springs will stiffen your ride to the point where you will remove one leaf anyway and be back almost to stock lift.

Here's a pic .............. I had new front / rear shocks and HD rear springs installed a few months ago. I was told the front springs were fine, but it appears to me that the origianl front springs have lost their camber. No arch. The new shocks are stock. However, they only travel about 3/4" before they bottom out.

If in doubt about springs curve ( ARCH ) go to local dealer and see the difference a new spring arch is. You will find that its probably 3"-5" different? It will be somewhat less on cart as no weight is on spring but gives you a good idea of differences.
This will solve part of the bottoming out of your shocks, as this will damage them very fast.
After installing new springs take your shocks loose and measure TOTAL travel and then put shock to ( center of travel ), and then measure to mounting bracket and this will give you the needed extensions to purchase and or make.

After seeing your cart and your statement that you had replaced the rear springs with HD springs its up to you about going HD or stock springs? If you are going to be using cart as set up, I would go HD springs, but stick with the stock shocks that you already have installed. I have never seen a place where a semi stock golf cart needed HD SHOCKS. BUT look at my previous post about shock extensions needed AFTER springs are installed.

Welcome to BGW ........... Nice cart, but we can't see the front-end so we can offer our vast wealth of knowlege at this point having to imagine and then help you is kinda like pissing up a rope
If you can ... show us a close-up pic of your problem and one of us will probably figure-out why the front is lower and help you remedy the situation.
