Default Alltrax Blink Codes - maybe the controller's ok?

My controller on my new-to-me cart is supposed to be bad, but I discovered it has blink codes.
Cart: Ezgo TXT Series model
Model: Altrax SR400
Blink: green green, red red red = which seems to mean "High Throttle Over Range"

My thinking is that they didn't program it right so i plugged in the software and fired it up.
On the Monitor tab of the software it says "High throttle over range, Low Throttle Under range", and "Shutdown" when I press the throttle.

Can I adjust the throttle range accepted and maybe get this dog to hunt?

What is the throttle blink code when you start the controller up?
It should be 1 to 11 green blinks. Each one is a code from the list in your manual. Ezgo TXT should be 4 blinks.

It's time to test the throttle signal. See procedures in the stickies at the top of this page.

I bet you're right. I just got the replacement (500 amp) model installed and I get the exact same error. Dang, I was hoping it would be running around the yard by now.
If the throttle signal is bad, what part needs replacing exactly? is there an accelerator position switch or something?

UPDATE: Well that got it. The danged old controller was fine (now I have a spare, I guess...) but the throttle sensor thingy (doughnut under the floor) was corroded.

Cleaned up the contacts and it's flying down the road!

My only issue now is that left turn. It's not a short brake cable, but the stupid tires the PO put on the cart. they're so fat they hit the brake when I turn!

Do they make spacers for these? Check this out!
