1995 Medalist DCS Rebuild: Nux
Hi All,
I had a garage full of parts from my 2004 PDS rebuild so I picked up a 1995 Medalist DCS cart. Rare find. The frame was in great shape. I have a 2004 body that I am going to paint and put on it. 1.jpg 2.jpg 3.jpg 4.jpg The motor setup will be a custom 3.3kw AC motor w/ a 440 amp controller. I pulled the wire harness out and am putting a TXT48 wire harness in. The TXT48 harness gives me more options. I tried to find a 2001.5+ steering column and plate for it but, no luck. So I am just going to throw on a LIFT-100 6" spindle kit, new HD front leaf springs and leave the front end alone. The steering box is actually not too bad. Should be an interesting conversion. Cheers, Impaled "I live. I die. I live again." - Nux |

The AC motor and controller sounds interesting. Are you going to have to mod the TXT48 harness for that or does the AC kit expect a TXT48 harness?
