Default RXV Stopped/Batteries possibly bad

My RXV suddenly braked yesterday. When I tried to go again, when switching to forward you could hear the solenoid click, but it wouldn’t go. I had already charged the battery, which the charger never shows fully charged. I put the charger on it and it had a fault. Said the battery was two low to charge. I put a 12 volt charger on the batteries for a couple of hours and it still wouldn’t charge. I’m assuming that my batteries have worn out. Any thoughts? Thanks

Measure the batteries individually with a multimeter. How old are they? Water level good?

Water level is good. I bought the cart in March used and batteries are probably 4 years old or so. Thanks

You need to put a meter on the batteries to see where they’re at. Do you have a dmm?

Can one dead battery cause this to happen or is that a sign of multiple batteries being bad? I will check each battery to see where they’re at. Thanks

I don’t know what the symptoms of a bad battery are in an rxv, but one bad battery can result in an entire pack being deficient.

Another thing to check associated with charging and running; the blue wire at the charge receptacle. With charger unplugged, it should read above 16V, When plugged in should be <4V. I have had about 8 carts at the club with the very problem you are describing. New receptacle cured it on each one.

Attached is an RXV Curtis troubleshooting guide for reference. See page 36 for above test.
