txt pds wont go when hot outside

im not sure on the year, put i have about 15 of theys golf carts, and i only have one thats doing this. when its hot outside (95 and up) cart will work for awhile, then it stops. when you push the acc petel you can hear a clicking nosie, but no forward or reverse. when it get cooler outside, cart works like a champ. worked all winter with no problems. f/r switch is on the dash next to the on/off switch, has a toggle switch on controller under pass side seat. any ideas? any help would be great. thanks in advance.

simple fix just use this one at night and in the winter if you have 15

Thermal cutoff - controller is getting hot and doing exacly what it is designed to do. However, yours is bad and it is time for a replacement controller.

And "NO", the feature cannot be disabled so you can continue to use your current controler...

in the winter time it was drove really hard and never shut off, summer just a lil stop and go makes it shut down. still sound like the thermal cutoff? just double checking before i order a new one. thanks

In a perfect world the cold winter weather kept the controller cool, not causing it to over heat. So when it gets hot out the thermal cut off kicks in and shuts down the cart.
