EZ Go Charger Problem
When I plug the charger into my cart it cycles through flahing red and green lights, then the light goes out completely. FYI my wife knocked it onto the floor from the table this afternoon. Any ideas.

Re: EZ Go Charger Problem
Have you unplugged it from the wall plug and reconnected it? Sort of a reboot?

Re: EZ Go Charger Problem
EZ Go by Textron Automatic 36v charger. Usually, come in plug it up flahes red, then green flashing to indicate charging. Solid green = charged.
Are you saying teh batteries may have sufficient charge so the charger won't kick in? If so, shouldn't the light be solid green. I've unplugged it, but maybe I didn't leave it unplugged for sufficient time to "reboot/reset"? |

Re: EZ Go Charger Problem
Cart is operational. The batteries are charged, though it was used prior to the attempt to recharge when I discovered the problem.

Re: EZ Go Charger Problem
If you don't have a voltmeter? Then just run the cart for about 15 minutes of actual peddle time and then try to charge....

Re: EZ Go Charger Problem
I've run the cart and plugged in the charger. Same as before series of flashing red and green, then nada.
What say you? Thanks |

Re: EZ Go Charger Problem
I'm fairly certain it's the charger. Any ideas on what is wrong with it, or an easy fix? Or, do I have to eat it and buy a new? If so what would you guys recommend? The same stock charger?
Thanks |
