Alltrax Onboard Monitoring

Im looking for an effective, yet subtle way to monitor my golf cart data while operating my golf cart. I use a large laptop when changing the controller settings but dont want to lug it with me on long rides. Is there a bluetooth option, or any other option to get the data to display on a smaller screen...like a cell phone or tablet? I have a couple extra iphones or fire tablets and I didnt know if there was a way to get the data to display on them. Any info would be helpful. Thanks in advance

Would a tablet running Windows 10 or higher work? I’d love to see the Rpms and voltage as I’m driving.

Here is what Alltrax has on their website: "NOTE: Toolkit software will NOT work on Windows® 8-RT (Tablet version). We are compatible with Win 8 & Win 10."

I don't know one way or the other, but if I had a tablet running Win-10, I give it a try.

I use the Alltrax toolkit on a tablet running Windows 10 Pro. I had the same idea about monitoring the performance of the controller during operation. I have not been able to find a suitable mount for my tablet to use in my cart. Phil

I would LOVE to be able to monitor and modify settings while driving the cart - Alltrax make an iPad app!!! PLEASE!!

Dela, I like the look. who makes the mount and how does it handle while your operating the cart, does it vibrate or stay fairly still ? thanks in advance

Phil Billy, what tablet are you using? I saw there are some windows tablets running windows 10 for around $100..I'd hate to purchase one if it doesnt run the toolkit.

Dela- what software are you running? I see you have the xct500 in your sig...does that show your voltages, rpms, etc?

my tablet is made by Vanquisher 8 inch fully ruggedized tablet PC. Model # SV-86.

As for the Alltrax Toolbox software, it can be downloaded from the AlltraxInc website. you can monitor a number of things in real time such as voltage, amps, rpm, switch functions. pretty much you can see inputs / outputs, with this information it helps when troubleshooting problems.

Lol, been offering to "make that" for Alltrax for years. They don't wanna talk to me about that. Something about "proprietary information", or some similar story, they no talky to me, nope. I respected their intellectual property rights & left it alone. Yep, I wanted that back when the controllers were "blue & white". Ask them about their "red ones" (it's a BMS) in the new SR/XCT form factor. That ones went quiet too.... Bummer. The only "development dealers" I saw with it were installing their lithiums with zip-ties, and I wasn't satisfied/impressed. If we all ask them about it, it may launch faster than the "years-lag" it took for XCT. I love Alltrax, but dang!
