just add the batteries to the pack, and upgrade the solenoid, leave the 36v motor, find a new battery charger, pedal to the floor or dont go at all, THIS IS ONLY WITH RESISTOR CARTS NOT WITH A CONTROLLER CART,

Will post results in a couple of months when i get all new batts when i get out of college. Just was looking for ideas to keep it stock while adding 2 more 6v batts so it will still function on the factory setup you would have to use a second 12v charger. Dont think it would be possible to use a 48v charger the way im wiring it.

There is a way to wire a 'booster' battery(s) into the sytem like you ask but then you need to have a second 12v charger and most people just find it easier to go ahead and find a 48v charger and buy six 8v batteries etc for 48v ......

I saw the diagram but never did try it cause it just makes sense to go to a single charger and 48v all the time.
