Rear axle slop - 2018 RXV - normal?
Had my cart on jack stands putting new rims/tires on it and put it in tow/neutral so I could spin them a bit.
How much axle slop should be present if any? If I took one tire and rotated it back then forth, there was quite a bit of slop (and some noise). What's considered within specs? Thanks for any insight. Cart runs fine, but does make some noise when running. Bob Boyce said the whinning was from the controller, but it sounds more like the motor. And if I'm running around the neighborhood, that whinning sometimes goes away completely. TIA to anyone that may point me in the right direction. |

Pull the axle out and check the bearing. Bearing will come out with the axle.
