Default Confirming ITS issue

I have a 1998 EZGO TXT Series that’s not moving. Batteries are good. I’ve ruled out solenoid. When testing the 6 pin connector on controller, I get full battery pack on red wire, I get 0 volts on black and 0 on white wires. I also do not have continuity on the ITS(not sure if it should have). I do have continuity on micro switch. Is this a problem with the ITS? Thanks in advance for any help.

The controller is the voltage source for the ITS sensor, so no voltage on either black or white wire indicates a bad controller.

There is a reverse biased diode blocking the path no matter which way the Ohmmeter's test leads are connected to ITS sensor, so no continuity is the normal reading. See attached schematic of ITS sensor

Is the difficulty level in rebuilding a controller to high for some one who is not a professional?

More than likely.

Even if you knew your way around a circuit board, there aren't any service manuals on the Curtis 1206 controller floating around, not even any schematics. Or at least that I know of.

The Alltrax SR48400 is a good replacement, it is user programmable.

Most likely, The professionals only have a 50/50 chance of their repairs lasting the 90 day warranty without you removing it and sending back for more repair.
