i have a '99 DCS car, would it be simple to make a PDS cart out of it? I dont need torque, just speed.

Alright, I will give them a call, it's just I cannot stand being passed in this cart, it has the custom paint and it still goes 12 miles per hour, Its got the bark, but not the bite!
