EZ-GO 05 vs 08
Question ... is the 08 RXV Worth $2000.00 More ??.... after looking at many different EZ-GO Carts, i've narrowed it down to 2... The 1st one is a... 2005 electric EZ-Go golf cart with 2007 batteries. The 2nd one is a... 2008 electric RXV EZ-GO with 08 Batteries Both privately owned, Very Nice Basic Models. CJ

Re: EZ-GO 05 vs 08
I myself would by the 96 simply because of more aftermarket components....but yes, the 08 should be worth more.

Re: EZ-GO 05 vs 08
I just bought a '05 pds with 08 batteries for $1750. I myself like the looks of the TXT carts over the RXVs.

tn2tool sounds like you got a steal for an 05 with 1 year old batteries for $1750.

Re: EZ-GO 05 vs 08
yeah I lucked out, basically the dealership was selling about 20 of them and two of them had 08 trojans and the rest had 04 trojans. They must not have known that two of them had 08 batteries. All of the '05 carts were priced at $1850 but I paid in cash so they let me have it for 100 less.

Re: EZ-GO 05 vs 08
The RXV has so much more torque and loses hardly any speed going uphill. Is that worth the $2,000 and scarcity of after market parts? That would be your call.
