Default Model 875 - Wiring Diagram

Hello to all!

I recently picked up another Cart, its I beleive a 91 or 92 Model Xi 875 industrial cart. Serial# 9470 and the other number is d1291?

Well, I'm not having much luck finding things out about it and most of all I need a wiring diagram as its been pretty hacked up over the years. Does anyone know where I can find one? Any help is greatly apprieciated!

It's a 91 model. What type of speed control? Pics will help a lot!

Well, I'm new to electric carts, so at this point...not even sure where or what type it is or its located..I put two more pics in my album of the motor and what I beleive is the resiostor? Curly wire thing...The cart itself is in there also.

Thanks,

Brian

It's resistor speed controlled. Are those three solenoids mounted through resistor coils? Are two of them DPDT? How do you switch FNR?

Post a request here, http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...g-diagram.html for a diagram and maybe custom carts can find one in his library. Sorry, I don't have that one. Looks like a fun project tho'.

Good luck.

I will check, there are three of them there, not sure of their position...are they stamped or marked? F/R is switched like a normal electric cart.

Its basically going to be my party barge...4 seater, subs, coolers, party lights...looking for some colored peace signs now for it. Hoping to break it in Memorial weekend!

Thanks!
