Re: Exploded 99 ez-go
Just guessing but it sounds like the stock motor grenaded and took the controller with it on the way out.
I don't know what it is about the DCS carts but lot's of folks have trouble with them. |

Re: Exploded 99 ez-go
What made the motor grenaded just don't get it everything was going fine ? No rough housing just keeping it simple when KA-BOOM.

Re: Exploded 99 ez-go
DCS carts are know as the biggest POS carts ever made.....Ezgo only produced them for 2 years and quit .... that should tell you something...
Maybe now is your chance to convert to a series or pds system? Since you are buying motor and controller.... just add a F&R? What does everyone else think? |

Re: Exploded 99 ez-go
Take the easy way out and make it a series cart. Take a old F/R handle out of a older Ezgo and motor controller and put it all in yours. Simple enough.
Gut your electronic's and replace everything. You can use the selonoid, cables the generic stuff. |
