Default EZ 36v no go

Newbie needs help and only knows what has been learned from you guys...

36v cart has F/N/R switch on dash so I assume it is a PDS.
Batteries are about 2 yrs old and have been in good condition.
Last summer I installed a 12v driving light with a new 3 position key switch wired through a relay. All has been good. Cart was stored over a cold
Cleveland winter fully charged in December. This spring it is no-go.
Batteries were charged in pairs to get cart charger to kick on. Light works fine with full brightness. No reverse beep or clicks can be heard when key is turned.
So far I have tried by-passing the switch, jumping the solenoid and cleaning all connections with no good results. Are there other pieces in the black box
that I can check? I see nothing burned or loose in there.
Thanks very much.

There is a toggle switch on the controller cover under the passenger seat. Is this switch in the "run" position?

Can you describe this more? Also, when you cleaned connections did you disassemble the connections or just clean the crud off the outside?

Typically when there is no sound from the reverse alarm we go straight for thr Reed switch in the cart charger receptacle.

Any connections I have cleaned have been taken apart. I took the cap off of the charger receptacle and all was clean and tight. I did notice the little contact piece on the side with a small wire attached. I assume that is the reed switch you refer to? How can I check it out?
Thank you.

Thanks for the help Gornoman...but oh crap didn't do it. I am back with cart now so I can try more things. FYI... Name plate has H202 and serial # 1509370. 1.49kw Still no beep. Tried to run diagnostics code on controller but get no sounds at all. Batteries are charging fine, all are bubbling but I don't think the charger is shutting off by itself (powerwise). I am afraid to overcharge batteries so I have unplugged it. Thanks for all your input.

Gornoman, good to see you back...is there an easy way to check the solenoid and controller? I still cant get beeper or codes to make a sound. solenoid shows continuity with tester hooked one way but when I swap tester wires on the large lugs there is no continuity..
FNR and throttle pedal have proper continuity. Is there a main fuse I am missing?

I am getting 39v at the top of the controller.
Thanks for any ideas.

I still think the problem lies in the Reed switch circuit. Trace those wires and make sure they are intact. Test them for continuity. Have you given each and every cable a good tug and twist? All the way back to the motor too?
