Newbie needs help with a 36v!

Hi guys, I have a 92 EZGO that I just installed brand new Trojan T-105 batteries, the cart will go for about thrity seconds and slows down to an eventual stop. I am getting 39 volts combined, all load tests are good, all hydro tests are showing good. Im at a loss with my limited knowledge, please point me in a direction???

Forgot to mention replaced solonoid already as well

Sometimes we are working, sometimes we don't have time to hang on the forum, jus sayin...

Is this a Series controller Cart? or resistor cart?
Heat somewhere after running?

OK, EDITED:

Just saw another previous post from you saying that this is a controller cart, I am assuming the one mention here you previously posted few days ago that you figured you have a bad controller Curtis PMC
So if you know that it is a bad controller, then you need a newer controller probably? just sayin...

Its a series controller cart, I thoutght about the heat issue as well, but cant find anything that is getting hot. I took the motor apart and cleaned it

Hang in there RK I am sure someone will pick up you're thread ,I had some issues with controllers and there was alot of great input from these guys "scotty b ,roady ,sp-electronics ,dougcmp ,just to name a few sometimes it just takes a while .Good luck

Not positive its the controller. How do I check to see if its the controller or maybe motor?

Lift the wheels on air, apply throttle and check the voltage coming out from the controller to motor with a volt meter, do it for the 30 seconds or a little more you said the cart quits, if the voltage drops substantially then the controller is faulty. There's many other test you can do, but as for what you describing it could be the solenoid or some connection building heat also but I am more inclined to be the controller.

Did you check your direction switch?

I don't think is the motor, but if you want to test it, unhook all the wires from it (label them first), run a wire from A2 to S1 and apply 12v to A1 and S2, this should make the motor spin slow and signs that is working. You would like to see a diagram on empinc.biz under the tech support label to see how to test the motor, you can get huge spark first time.

When you ask about the direction swithch, it works properly, as far as motor if it spins it should be good? I will check controller and post here in a few minutes. Thanks for the help.
