Lifted 05 Gen Ii Nearly Stops Uphill

Just Got My 1st Gen Ii Today They Warned Me That This Cart Might Not Be Able Go Uphill With 4 Adults On It Unless I Put On A New Speed Controler. I Just Went A Couple Of Miles From My House With My Little Girls 5 And 3. They Probably Weigh 75-80lbs Togather + My 275 Lbs & I Didnt Think It Was Going To Make It Up This Not Very Steep Grade. I Couldnt Believe It. My Old 2002 With Stock Wheels Makes It Up Very Steep Inclines At The Lake Where Our Boat Is With No Problems/no Matter How Many Peaple Are On Board, Please Tell Me What To Do,where To Get The Part If Needed And Approx Price.
