Default micros are good

the micro swithes are good jumped the one under the cart to the gas peddle and still got nothing f r switch is working any one have a wiring diagram for this it is a 1996 ezgo ele cart it is a dcs it seem to have juice to the selinoid under the run tow switch how can i test the motor in the cart stumped i now it has a 2000 motor in it 36.0 volt cleaned all the ter to batts there charged wires are good soleaning towards motor it has some kind of what apeers to be a board with 1 long and 2 short fuses or resisters on it under the selinoid that apeer to be good

You have to be careful with DCS carts ..... the controller will lunch at the drop of a hat.... likely the problem anyway.....Is it stock or aftermarket? I have diagnostics for the DCS cart open and print the file below... The resistor board you desribe is correct for the DCS solenoid. You can check the motor for a short by testing for unwanted continuity between any A1 or 2 terminal and any F1 or 2 terminal ....

Lunch, Um ... melt, cook, fry, blowup, dissentigrate, or otherwise become usless

DCS carts are notorious for melting controllers in any 'low-voltage' situation...... EZGO quit making them after only 2 years

thought it controller is fried any way to switch it out to a better one up grade it

YEs if you follow diagnostics and they lead to a bad controller go with an upgraded Alltrax DCX 400amp controller .... CHeck availability with any of our site sponsors ...
