Default No For No Rev

No one told me that this thing would be such a pain in the a$$.

Yesterday, I had no forward. Messed around with the control cables, finally started working. worked well too. Today, I have no forward or reverse. Solenoid clicks when I press the pedal in forward and reverse. Controller? F/R?

Start with checking all cables for loose or corrosion, if it worked once this is prolly your trouble. What year & model??

Do a good job on those cables and come back on if still no go. Early AM is best as the electric gurus are early birds.

Recheck all the cables? Are they new? Give them all a tug see if you can pull the end offa one?

K... did. Nothing. All the cables are toight like a tiger. I'm a lineman so I actually had no doubt about that, hydraulic crimper and all. However, when I jumped in the cart, turned on the key and pressed the pedal I got nothing in forward and reverse, me and my impatient attitude started stomping the pedal over and over again. VIOLA! it lurched! did the same in reverse too but it's intermittent. Since the solenoid clicks... does that mean it's the controller?

Well, it did that yesterday. Me and a buddy tooled around with it for a few hours and it magically started working. I took it for a spin around the block a few times and everything was fine except for one hot spot. Today, I jacked around with my new dash board, added switches for lights and radio, and a power "on" light. When I got it all put together, I keyed it on and hit the pedal, nothing.

Quite honestly, dude, it could be anything. What with you doing electrical work under the dash and a history of stuff fixing itself 'magically', and now nothing? I'm not even gonna try.... Why not come back later and tell us all the things you have tested & eliminated from the 10s of possibilities? We can take it from there
