I have a 2009 ST Express 48 Volt PDS It will go foward but when in reverse will not move, but the alarm will sound when the key is offin reverse, but when the key is on and switch to reverse nothing no sound or movement.

Isn't it under warranty?

When/How did it break? When did it start? Was it all of a sudden?

yes, but purchse it out of state, trying to get an idea so i dont have to make the road trip.

Shouldn't matter. Any Authorized Ez Go dealer should do the warranty work.

I yes it just started all at once, took it of the trailer drove it off that was it. i took the panel off all wire or still in plug in, i went to replace my key switch and the 48 volt line touch the 12 volt and arch but did not blow the fuse to the 12 volt converter so all that is good all light ,horn all working.
