1985 ezgo 36v system need help
Ok I bought this 85 ezgo and it is my first one so when i got it the guy said it was a 36v sytem and it had 2 6v batteries in it and 2 12v batteries. The cart runs fine for a while after charging but quickly runs out of juice. i am wondering if it is even running on the 12v or just the 2 6v since it does not last long, and should i just get 4 other 6v batteries? would this make it run better?

Re: 1985 ezgo 36v system need help
Designed to run on 6 @ 6v. Your 12v are likely crapping out early and maybe all are bad. Test the 6v batteries you have but I suggest you prepare to buy a new set of 6v batteries.

Thanks just what I was figuring but I was going to just keep using the cart the way it is until they give out. Then buy some I guess
