Default 94 medalist motor

I have a 1994 medalist that was making this terrible noise coming from the rear area. The noise sounds like rubbing metal. I have replaced every bearing in the differential, along with seals, and replaced the bearing on the commutator of the motor. I have pretty much narrowed the sound coming from the motor, however after replacing all these bearings the noise is still there. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas of what it may be??? Help please

Does it make the sound with the rear wheels off the ground?

It could be a worn input shaft or gears? Is there oil in the rear end? PG's got the idea, take the weight off and run it.

The noise is more prominent when the wheels are off the ground.... I completely rebuilt the differential, minus replacing the gears... I did this because at some point damage was done to the differential cover causing a hole in the cover, therefore it leaked out all the oil.... Unfortunately I did not know this and after discovering it , that is when I decided on the rebuild. Upon examination it appears that some water got in the rear, as rust was present when I opened it up...How would I tell if the input shaft is bad? During the rebuild all the gears looked like they were still in good shape, but Im not exactly sure hoe to tell if they would be bad or not.
Thanks for your help in advance
