Relay for charger board?

Does anybody have any info on where I can buy a replacement relay for an E-Z Go powerwise charger board? I have 110vac on one switch leg and 36vdc across the coil. Soldering it in will be no problem for me. I'm not sure if fire ants can fit beside the terminals to get into the relay, but I think this may be the problem because the pesky little critters were inside the charger when I took it apart. It charges when I bypass the relay, so I'm pretty sure I'm in the right area.

if you have a 28667-G01 circuit board, you need this $3.63 relay.

Does the relay control the switch off also - my Powerwise charger does not switch off when fully charged.

Likely you have a bad battery or 2. The board (not the relay) is looking for a cut off voltage which your unhealthy pack is unable to attain? What does your volt meter read at full charge?

Thanks - that is what I thought initially so I checked fluid levels - all good - these are new (1 month old) sams batteries - it got to 41v and bubbling acid before I decided it was the charger - the charger drops to and stays at 3amps - I have another charger also that turns off fine with same battery pack.

What is the highest voltage you see on your pack when charging ?

That sounds more like a bad PC board. If it isn't "seeing" the voltage to tell the relay to open up, then the charger would run forever.

Thanks for the reply - just wanted to see if someone knows which component checks for the voltage and if it is economical to fix board? Seems a shame to throw away board for one component.
