Questions a bout buying a PDS
I have found a guy that has '06 PDS carts with 08 batteries for $1900, or 09 batteries for $1950. This sounds like one of those "too good to be true" times to me. I am looking for a cart to use solely on the golf course. My golfing partner and I currently own a 97 Club Car, but I want to go with an EZGO this time, and the ability to upgrade speed on a PDS by installing a chip sounds enticing to me.
We are going to try and go look at the carts this weekend if possible. Other than the obvious observations like does it have four wheels and tires, charger, not beat up all to heck, what are some things we should look at to make sure we would not be getting hosed at this price? If it looks good and runs good, what else should we eyeball before trying to buy one? Thanks in advance from a forum newbie! |
