Yeah I really like em. I'm so trying to resist the temptation of putting them on my ugly stock green pre-build cart carcass.

Got a little accomplished today....Finished cutting the aluminum out for radio cage mounting (Although can't mount all that until I get the Cowl back from painter ...wish that would hurry up so I can finish the cart). I also wired up the fuse block and pulled the wiring for the radio and 12 volt accessory plug. A few pictures below.Decided to wire everything up and take it for a spin around the neighborhood on just the frame sitting on a board...You should have seen the looks I was getting...especially when I passed a car poking around the hood ![]() ![]() .

scraped and painted the bottom of the battery tray on my 2007 PDS. Also checked and added rear differential SAE30. What genius at EZGO came up with this system, it is a real nice clean accurate job with the check / fill plug on the bottom of the differential. Fortunately the advance auto sales associate was a club car mechanic on the side so he was able to reccomend a hand pump that made the job a little easier.

Got the Badlands 2000 lb winch mounted & mostly wired. Still lack a couple of connectors to complete it. I'll pick them up on the way home from work Monday & get it finished. Switch is mounted at the base of the steering column. If all goes well, the cart goes with us on a snow skiing trip to Schweitzer Mt on Thursday. The winch will be great for loading the cart on the trailer in snowy conditions ..... and maybe for recovery from time to time. ![]() Other tasks completed over the weekend...... Barrecrafter ski racks are mounted on the roof. Rear flip seat is done. All 4 seat belts are in place. Geared the cart with a tow rope, snatch block, tool kit, flat tire repair kit, & BetteryTender. ![]()
