Finally got the lights installed. Running of the two drivers side batteries for now. When I get the LED's and radio in, I'll run everything off a separate battery.

I did this for Sonny. The boys got to play... No really I took a break from carts for the day and built this for my sisters kids.

Oh! And has anyone seen my speaker box? Its for a jeep, I put it in the alley until I could wash the flesh eating bacteria off, but now it's gone. I sure hope whoever took it wore a biohazard suit. :p

We have people eating flesh here, not sure if that is worse than the bacteria. Finders keepers
still had the new jeep smell in it and fits the contour of the dash nicely..

90% of my buggy is proudly made up from recycled stuff.

I just bought a used electric 1997 EZ-Go TXT last week and I'm trying my best to learn everything I can about it.

Last night I learned about loose battery connections. While cruising around the campground with my wife, I went over a speed bump and the cart died. Looking like a toolbag in the road with a dead cart, I started to push it back to the site, which was about 40 feet away. For the hell of it, I pressed the pedal and it worked again. Opened up the battery compartment when I got back and found two loose connections and promptly tightened them up.

Next up, figuring out my sticky brake pedal, installing a windshield, and figuring out the headlight wiring.

Welcome sws4420. I'm sure you'll find enough in here to keep you busy.

Strange, you make it sound like your cart was running when you bought it. Does that really happen? :)
