Kind of the idea keeping my granddaughter riding and with me. Plus I'm maintenance in s RV park this is better on service calls than the park truck. I had the cart given to me and my boss bought the batteries. I just added the accessories. He was like if it means less had and wear and tear on the truck I'll buy the batteries lol.

I previously had my ZEVA monitor mounted using a "pedasil' type of mount as shown in the picture below. Well, after much woods use the single screw came loose. So....I tightened it up only to end up cracking the plastic mount. :(

I removed the mount and using a heavy duty velcro I applied the velcro to the back of the monitor, and then on the dash. (Cutting out a rectangular hole so the wire block could plug in the monitor.

No pics at this point......but the monitor is much more solid than the previous setup.

I can't tell whether the case is cracked, but my brother turned me on to J-B Weld PlasticWeld. I've been using J-B Weld epoxy for decades. I don't know how long this has been available, but I could have used this on dozens of internal car parts, where the recessed screw hole had broken off.

I took my cart to my cart guy. He hooked up the hand held and unlocked things. It was tuned for drunk golfers. The best I got from it was 13mph with 20" tires. Now it's 17. Before the change the cart accelerated great, but you could feel it got the wall. Lots of pedal left, but no go. Now it accelerates much better without drop off and handles hills even better than it did. Not Alltrax 500 amp performance, but it fits my budget better.

Pulled the VC625 out of the one we're selling to put a stock 352cc in it.

Can you post a pic when you get it installed? I have one from a gasser I sold, but forgot to take pics so I can install it on sparky cart.
