Sold it, putting a little of the money into the workhorse monster cart. And the woman wants a bagged 48v for the beach trips. So I'm hunting an electric WH now.

I can't remember when I ever heard a woman say she wants a bagged 48v for the beach trips.
I took my project cart for a road test and melted a battery post - LoL. Guess I forgot to tighten one. Luckily using 6/8v so I just bypass the injured one and ran it home on 5/8v... Have to get my battery guy to have a new post poured on this new battery. How embarrassing.Right?
While it lasted, before the meltdown, I got some some great runs in on the XCT500 & FSIP torque motor. 24.5 mph on stock tires/ dirt roads. That is a beastly set up in street mode with the turbo on. Impressive torque and adequate speed. Spinning tires on the dirt road. Turf mode seem to dumb it down too much. Real slow acceleration (eyes rolling here) = will try turf mode again with a higher ramp rate when I get the battery fixed. I think the sweet spot is hiding there somewhere.
Going flying tomorrow. Have a great weekend

I did my wrap on the front cowl. Then cut out the head lights.

I also finalized the brake lights.

I bagged one about 3 years ago and she liked it because it wasn't too fast for her and our son. So now she wants one that has grunt to move the family but likes the low look. I'll find an electric WH and do a chop top again, maybe a controller and bag it. Good cruiser cart. And probably the only vehicle I can build she will like Haha.
