Replaced worn, rusted sagged out 4 leaf rear springs with duel action springs from “golf cart parts”. On my 2012 txt. Wow what an improvement.
For someone like me that only use’s back seat few times a year..great choice as recommended by this forum.👍

Had a straight off of the golf course 2015 TXT48 delivered Wednesday. First golf cart ever. Putting together a wish list.

What was the part number of the duel action springs? Since I went to lithium and lost 400-lbs of weight, my existing HD springs budge very little. (Ask my kidneys!!) I have a rear seat on my txt and these duel action springs sound like what I need.

Dave item number was spn-2031 and part number was 100950716. They were red hawk brand marked on box. Set came with bushings and metal sleeves.

They were actually less expensive then stock 2 leaf replacements , where these are 2 leaf with a smaller, shorter third leaf that does’nt come into play till I had someone sit in the rear seat when viewed from underneath.

Read my other post from last month when asking for spring recommendations.
My front mounting bolt was not 3/8” like rear but shouldered 1/2” bolt and does not use the supplied metal bushing sleeve. Only a “clitch” if old bolt can’t be reused.😊

Woot woot! I got excited because my new floor mat came.

Oops! Someone forgot about that custom dash. LOL! I guess I'll remove it and have a carpeted, locking glove box! Woot woot!

That would be ezgo themselves. Maybe others...
They can be pricey. $96.14 + tax + shipping. There are two types. A carpert and a cartpile floormat. They are held in with self tapping screws/snaps.

enjoy

I installed my new key switch plate and DVM in the dash, and relocated my F/R switch to where it should have been all along!

Installed the FSIP Speed for my EZGO TXT. Now hitting 30.5 MPH with the Alltrax controller set to 6000 RPM on 23 inch tires. Also replaced the drum brakes with Ameri-Torque caliper disc brakes. What a difference in stopping power!!

Thanks ScottyB for recommending the motor.

Now waiting for 4 more cells to come in to work on my Nissan Leaf Lithium conversion.

Added a volt metered usb charging port and wired up my 12v switch for the soon to be delivered 18” led light bar. Mounted them both in the dash for convenience
