My advise would be to remove the front cowl when adding split bumpers. Lol. The brackets I designed gave me the traditional 2 clicks with the ratchet during install. Note to self: if I wasn't retired I could be a design engineer, or Disney Imaginear!

So when I get bored my mind drifts. So in between other projects I started another. This one is ezgoer. (Ha made up word for easy.) Anyone including ezgo employees can use this. I only expect a 20% royalty. And that royalty is per letter.

This is 1st coat. Will probably end up doing 3 coats.

My first idea was to cut out the letters, put clear plexiglass behind, light them up red and have an illuminated sill.

Bought this 2015 TXT48 recently retired from a golf course. Today I added the mirrors and an American flag so I guess those are my first mods lol. Got it mostly to teach my kids to drive but also wanted something to cruise around the neighborhood. From all my research, the TXT seemed to be the right choice for ease of maintenance and modifications.

I imagine golf courses cycle through these things every four years or so. It has original batteries so I'm sure they will need to be replaced within the next year or two.

Almost forgot - I also had the "freedom" mode unlocked, which I guess allows it to go as fast as 19.5mph.

Maybe another coat.

I'm still debating.

Oh no. I happy/sad again 🎭. Because the color didn't match nice I returned the burgundy floor for black. I thought I would just put the carpet under the vip dash glovebox. But I never tested the red and today I notice the logo will be partial under the glove box. I might have it altered to move more to the right. Scared to know the cost. Maybe a Z28 overlay with velcro hold downs. Hum?

Also both my carts have that vip dash

I added some lights, I'm the maintenance guy in a RV park and I pick up yeah throughout the day and make last run around 8-8:30 every night. Got old doing it at night with a headlamp.
