Thought I was wiring in the ***BLINKER***
I installed a Deluxe Light kit on my EZGO. I started to install the blinker kit into it, but the diagram just doesn't seem to tie into the light kit. Have you installed the same two kits and could offer some guidance?

For your deluxe kit, is two wires for the rear tail light, or is there three. Also is the front light bar or the cut in?

Re: Thought I was wiring in the ***BLINKER***
The front is cut in. I've got to recheck the number of wires. One question I have is... there is a single wire coming off of the amber lights next to the headlights but it ties back into the harness.
*Why doesn't the diagram show this wire? *Do I remove that from the harness and splice into the blinker wiring? *There's a common wire coming from the amber lights in front. Do they mount to the frame or go back to the neg of the accessory battery I added? *Do I need to run a ground line from the neg of the accessory battery to the frame to make it ground anywhere on the frame or is it already grounded? |

This is the diagram that came with my head/tail light kit.
This is what came with the blinker kit. |

Re: Thought I was wiring in the ***BLINKER***
It would really help if somebody could link us to or post the Everything carts wiring diagram... Seems like a reasonable thing to ask from a Sponsor? On an Electric cart you never use the frame for a ground.... Does your diagram look like this?

Re: Thought I was wiring in the ***BLINKER***
The diagram looks fairly simple? your headlights already have a ground source, correct? Tail lights too?

Re: Thought I was wiring in the ***BLINKER***
Yes, the head and tail lights work fine. They were grounded through the harness, back to the neg of the accessory RV/Marine battery. They were a very simple install. Now, tying in the blinker is somewhat a different animal though. The diagram doesn't even show the extra lights on the front. I think, if I"m remembering correctly, there is a single wire just hanging from the taillights that I suppose goes to the blinker kit. I'm trying to find a wiring diagram for the 07 TXT PDS.

Re: Thought I was wiring in the ***BLINKER***
For light kits I had to work with that have the relay with them, I have had to cut the yellow and green wire up front in order for the blinker to work. Also is there just one wire for the front lights or two, maybe three. I have only worked with the light bar so not quite sure on this set up.
