Default Powerwise Charger Contol Board Schematic

I'm curious if anyone has a copy of the actual control board schematic for

My charger quit last night and I did as described on this forum by jumpering the relay and of course the charger worked. Everything I read on here says replace the control board. I have experience in Electronics so I would like to replace the defective component on the control board if at all possible instead of spending $75 on a new control board.

Any help is much appreciated.

Mr. Corbin,
I am having the exact same problem as you. What I have found is when I connect the two black wires that come out of the relay, the transformer gets really hot. So, I am not sure if connecting them is the right thing to do or not... maybe I am doing it all wrong. $75 is a lot for that muffler (the board) indeed and I thought about replacing the relay only. What makes me want to replace the whole board is the IC chips on that board.... what if the power suge has blown the programming out? Personally, I am going to get the new board as it may save me money in the future... BUT I am going to buy another relay just in case fixing the board works. Then I have an extra board or can sell the new one on Ebay. Sounds like a plan to me. Anyway... your question... Here is the link to the exact relay that we both need. I have a 2005 TXT with the 36v PowerWise charger. My relay matches this relay and your's probably does too. Look on the side of the relay and make sure these numbers match: T9AS1D22-24 If so, go to this link and fork out the devistating price of $3 for that bad boy. This relay has extra spade connections but still a single throw double pole relay and shouldn't matter as long as you plug the wires using the same orientation as the old one. The insides are the same. Shipping will probably cost more than the item, huh? Hope this helps you and our forum guests. The second link is to the cheapest board I could find. Take care and good luck.

Offer these folks $45 and they'll settle for $48 with free shipping ! Also check the feedback for the seller on this item.

I bought one from them last month and it works like a charm

Thanks, man! You gotta wonder how and why they are selling for so much less, you know? Used/New... who cares! As long as it works, right? I do think that you found the place to get these boards. We appreciate your reply and info.

I hate to do it to the site sponsors, but I'm on a budget and I can only assume that others here also do not have unlimited income. I know that this was a exact "plug and play" new board for my '04 powerwise charger.

Well, I took your advice and bought one of these boards from your link. They guy had good feedback. It has been almost 3 weeks since I paid him via Paypal and he is not responding to me nor the other people who purchased from him. His feedback has plunged due to over 10 out of 30 sales have left negative feedback this month so far. Something has happend. Either his account has been hijacked or he is not selling any more. Either way, to protect me I have filed a dispute through PayPal but will drop it if I get the part in the mail.

Am I missing something here or is this a really old thread???

edit: the post date in the upper left corner says 10/19/2009 for Hitman's last post? Is my CP date time setup screwed up or is it the board???
