radio help
Sorry if this has been answered, but I have looked and been unable to find what I am looking for!
I am installing a radio in an '05 TXT. Can the radio be installed to the key switch to operate the power, or must something else be done? |

Re: radio help
I wired mine directly to the battery. As long as the memory wire is hooked to the batt you'll still save your pre-sets and then you can pull out the key and listen to the radio and nobody can take off with your cart.

Re: radio help
Sorry for the hijacking but also did you all use a kit to install the head unit or just cut a hole the right size? I have a new CD player in the box waiting to go in and need to know if I need a kit for a car to put in the cart before I stick the unit in?
I will be wiring it directly to 2 batteries. FAW |

Re: radio help
Pimp,
I am leaning on putting the 6x9s under the seat. I tried to fab what you have but Can't find a way to fill the gaps on the side of the cart and make it look nice. Can you post a pic of the side of your speaker enclosures showing what you used to fill in the concave gap between the plexi and the cart dash? FAW |
