Headaches!
I have a '05 that I am wiring a voltage reducer and the state of charge meter (digital) up to, as well as radio and such. Although I have a few questions............Why does my meter stay on while the key is off? I followed all the directions to a "T" or so I thought, but it still stays on? I figure it is not drawing all that much so it may not be a problem or better yet that just maybe the way it is.....i dont know?
Also can the radio be wired up to the key or do i need a toggle switch to turn the power on and off? Also the radio ground...does that need to go to the inverter, or to battery? Thanks for the help as ALL this is new to me. I will post pictures of my cart when it is finished. |

Re: Headaches!
I had a question about this and got some good info. It depends on how you wired it. State of charge meter can be wired to be on all the time or off when the key is turned off. I was told it is preference. Hope it helps.
