Would it be accessory leads connected to "inside" batteries? I don't have a clue. Looks pretty neat to me, but then, what do I know? Thought I would take a shot in the dark. Glad it's not my cart, having to sit there and wait for the answer to, "Gorno sees a problem.

I think its the way the fuse is connected on the main power wire...or not connected as the case may be?

The Buss fuse attached to the Main Pack Positive is wrong. The only thing being protected by the fuse is the white charger port wire.

Yep I see it, actually I see two problems. 1. The battery cables don't appear to have any heat shrink on them to seal out corrosion. You should use an adhesive lined heat shrink over the body of the lug and the cable.

2. And the big issue. Your fuse is wrong. That fuse should be between the main 4 ga battery wire and the battery post. Ideally you would have one end on the battery as you do now, and all other connections off of the end of the fuse, but the REAL issues is the fuse should be between the 4ga and the battery post.

I know I don't like seeing a RED wire as a ground - that's for sure...
