Nor Cal Batteries. Are they any good?
Just bought an 05 TXT a few months ago and I'm starting to have some charging issues. It has a set of Nor Cal batteries in it which I've never heard of and can't find much info on. Has anyone had experience with this manufacturer or know anything about them? It seems like an off brand to me and I'm questioning if the overall quality of the battery has anything to do with my issues.

Nor Cal does not make batteries ... Here is what I found on google. Test your batteries with a hydrometer and digital voltmeter.... & post your findings here.

If I'm not mistaken they do "private label" some batteries and their 6 volt units are heavy suckers, I've seen them somewhere and I think they were 72 or 74 pounds. |
