Default refurbishing 2005 ezgo

Hello BGW! I just bought a 2005 ezgo pds for my son and I to re-furbish. I we just took the body off and I'm going to take it somewhere today to get it painted. I'm also going to lift it with a spindel kit, put 12"rims on it a new 80" top and install a sound system.

My question is, should I do anything else while it's stripped down? I was unhappy with it's speed and I do have the speed chip. I could get a new motor and speed controllor but I was advised that gets expensive for only a few more miles an hour. Is there anything else I should do or could do to make it faster? Should I grease or lube anything?

Yes, I did call. I want to go at least 25. I was going to take my ezgo body to a local painter here by my house in H.B. I saw some bodies online on ebay that were ready to go but I don't want to pay shipping.

I am just looking for a black (preferably glossy) finish. What do you have and what are your prices? Do I get a discount if I give you my body from my ezgo? Do you use a flexiable agent in your paint jobs?
