Default Adding Aspirin to Batteries

Hello, I heard you could add Aspirin to golf cart batteries to help them. Is that true? Any other ideas to spruce up some used batteries would be great.

Save the aspirin for Sunday morning. Used batteries are used batteries. They ALL fail eventually.
