Elec EZ go need manual and info

Hello, new to having a cart and this site.

Have an electric ez go and need to figure out what I have then go from there. Shows on plate a Serial number of 83123 and Manufacture code of F0194. Sure it is all stock from looks. Has 6 batteries, I am guessing 6 volts each for 36 volt system. Would like to find a manual and electric diagrams. Would also like to know if there is some inexpensive way to make it go a little faster. It goes maybe 11-12 mph now. Needs new batteries, do I have to stay with six 6 volts? Sorry if too much at once. Thanks for any help. Cant wait to fix this thing up!!

Inexpensive golf cart upgrade is a oxymoron. If you have to replace the batteries anyway you could replace them with 6-8v batteries for 48v. You would have to buy a controller that will handle 48v like a Alltrax AXE 4844. You might be able to get away with the solenoid you have if you wire it for 36v to the coil from the key. You will also need a 48v charger.
