Default is this an easy fix

I was cleaning the wires on my ezgo and this stud broke off the motor. Can i repair it on my own or do I need to send it to a repair shop? 024.jpg

That's one of your brush contactors. It's repairable, but if you don't know how to re-assemble the motor, then take it to get professionally repaired

Thanks,
I think that is going to have to be done due to the amount of rust on everything.
