Default how do i check my motor for power

I have an ezgo resistor type 36 volt cart that will not go. i have switched the solenoid, and forwrd reverse switch(the whole thing with switch). the batteries show 38.4volts. my local shop told me that i should have continuity between A1 and A2 and also between S1 and S2. but i have none.

From EMP's website, read the directions here: http://www.empinc.biz/tech_support.p...troller_series

If you're planning on modding your cart for more speed/torque etc. I would send it to one of the rebuilders and have it done. Both EMP and PlumQuick do a great job.
