Default What am i doing wrong???

i need your help guys. i've got a 2002 ez-go pds stock all around except new cables, on 2005 batteries. state meter says fully charged but only seems to last about 1 1/2 -2 hrs before light starts flashing low power. what to do. thanks

Bigun, welcome. Do you have a digital volt ohm meter? It will be the tool you use the most.

We will need readings after charging and after running to know what you battery pack is doing, without them it will be guess work.

Your batteries are 5 + years old.. I'm understanding that you only get 5 - 6 years out of a set anyway. How long are you planning on running the same batteries?

as long as possilble randy but have checked with a meter after a full charge and i'm getting a full 36 volts and a full 21 amps. or am i doing something wrong???

Bigun 36 is not a full charge see the chart

(squeaky not that looks good) all connections.

36 Volts On Fully Charged Batts. Means They Are Dead,Junk,Kaput. do a full charge and then check them about an hour later.

36v is less than 50% charged, so a digital reading is in order to better help you.

Where and how are you reading 21 amps?

Are the batteries properly filled with distilled water?
