Brought home another today.... a bone stock 2007 PDS. 0 hours, 0 miles
Actually - this one isn't mine... it's for a "client." First stop will be adding a Jakes 6" Spindle lift and a light kit. I'll be getting the lift kit tomorrow and starting the install on Sunday. I have some 22-10-10's on a sweet set of chromies that I will be putting on it. Key will be to have this one done by Christmas. I'll take pictures and do a quick write up on the process for anyone that is interested... In the mean time I still need to get the motor and controller installed on my other cart! Stay tuned! |

This is the rim that is going on the cart....
The tires are a bit "weak" but they need to comply with the rules of the golf course.... ![]() |

The tires in the picture are not the ones that are on the cart... you're right - the course will never let them.
I got this finished last night - aside from having a brain fart and trying to put the rear shock mount under the leaf pack - everything went well. As a product - the Jakes lift seems to be a very good, straight forward, no strings attached install. I have been running a Jakes on my cart for several years with no complaints. I need to load the before and after pictures..... |

Before - we've all seen a stock cart...
This thing was a 14.5 mph cart in stock form. Installed the 22" tires and a speed chip... 21.8 MPH!!!!!! I'll tell you - as far as carts go... this thing really moves! Torque is okay - 2 people on the hill climb didn't really make it... Before and After: ![]() ![]() Needless to say - the owner is very happy. A secondary list of mods has already been decided... Brush Guard, stereo, chrome accessories, ect... |

Nice tire choice!
I had those tires on a G22. THe rims were a lot alike, except mine were 5-spoke. ![]() |
