Default Rear Seat

Is there a rear seat kit out there that is easy to remove and put back on. We use my cart for a lot of golf. So I wanna be able to keep my bag holder. Then for around the neighbor hood and the track, I wanna be able to have four seats.

You would have to make your own or get the rear seat and the bag holder that goes with it.

I am contemplating something like this as well.
My thoughts are to use an existing seat setup and attach it to a 2" receiver hitch and pin it to the upright roof supports for stability.
I haven't worked out the details yet but I should have this done this year some time.

If you have a safety bar on your seat just take a bag holder from a club car and bolt it to the safety bar and you have a bag holder.

In the easiest way to answer your question - "no"

You can buy or build a bag rack for the seat kit that you use, though...

Some seat kits have the option to have a rear bag holder bolted onto them, depends on what kind you have.

if you have a rear foot rest on your back seat we make a adapter that slides over it and your golf bags set on the foot rest with bag restraints that we take off custom cart

I'm thinking of something like this with a 2" tube welded across the center under the platform that would go into a std 2" receiver.
Maybe an "L" bracket on the roof uprights that you could drop a pin into to secure the seat backs:

Here's the receiver that bolts to the bottom of the cart:
