Brake sticking
I've found tons of info on this board recently and want to thank everyone for posting. I have learned a lot. Now for my problem. When the brake is applied while driving it wants to go down and stick in the parking brake position. Is this just a minor adjustment or do I need an overhaul? Thanks.

Crawl underneath and see if the end is broke off of the return spring on the peddle.
Watch out for the old folks driving around Naples..... Probably my Folks  |

I had to take mine apart underneath and clean/lube the pivot point. It was sticking down, had to bring the pedal back up with my foot every time. She works fine now...

There may be a rod missing. Pull up a parts diagram and compare the parts. My yami had lost the rod and spring and it would lock into parking position every time.

Fixed it. Tightend down on the adjustment between the brake cables and the brake pedal itself. Like new now. Thanks.
