ezgo 400 amp controller, go sometimes. why?
so my dad has this 05 txt 36v. it had a speed motor in it, and he had a shop put a 400 amp controller in it and is lifted with back seat. the cart has tons of power, maybe even too much. when it runs it runs good. SO THE PROBLEM IS...... probably half the time you get on to ride, you push the pedal and nothing happens. The solenoid clicks, just doesnt move. so if you hold the pedal down, or keep pushin the pedal up and down, finally it will jump and run good. it will run good the whole time you are messin around on it. get on it the next day, and more than likely it will act up again. anybody know what could be causing this? thanks

I would check the electrical connections from the ITS / pedal box to the controller...
