Changing Brakes
Has anyone here changed brake shoes on the golfcart? The little bolt that can be screwed in or out at the bottom of the hub where the brake is pushed against, should that be completely screwed in when installing new brake pads?

Yes, Just until you get the drum back on then the 'brake shoe adjuster' should be turned out until the shoes seat against the drum and back in until the drum barely drags upon rotation...

He is right,and that way you should get a full pedal and not scream when you cant stop.
