Brush gaurd project with pics
I wanted to build a non-wraparound brush gaurd for my 2001 ezgo using only scrap metal I had around the shop to keep the cost down. I ended up using some 1" ss schedule 5 pipe, 2" channel, 2" flat bar and some 1" 90's. I also painted it with truck bed liner for durabilty.

The flat bar and the channel are not stainless. I just sandblasted them before I primed and painted it.
