Default Hooked up and ready to GO!!

Got the golf cart on the trailer hooked to the wife's Expedition and the camper hooked to my truck. Ready for a fun weekend of camping with the family and having a golf cart for the first time!! Wonder how long the wife will drive two vehicles before she starts to like toy haulers.

Need a bigger truck for that. If I get one big enough I could just throw it in the back of the truck. About at my weight limits for the Suburban now and can't pull doubles in NC. Oh well still fun to be had. Can't really complain.

You a 1/2 ton suburban? Don't they top off at about 6000 lbs.

My Suburban is 8800lbs. Might be that low without towing package. Has tranny oil cooler and 4.10 rear end. The Expedition would be 8900 with towing package and is 6000 without, but I wouldn't tow a 31' trailer with the short wheel base it has. The burb has a 130" wheel base and the trailer loaded is about 7800lbs and it pulls pretty good. Be nice to have a little more power so it didn't downshift as much, but I can pull the heck out of it.

Actually Gorno not sure yet. Got three campgrounds within 120 miles in mind. Gonna figure that out in the morning. Gotta love camping by the seat of your pants....
