Default Help with controler

Ok my brother was helping me put my cart togeather today and hooked up the wires wrong from controler to batterys, it arced and smoke came from the controler it smells like it burnt checked all batterys hooked up rt and clean and tight, cant hook wires from controler to batterys it arcs everytime, checked soleniod all checks ok. Ok so what and how can i check it, and if its bad what to replace it with. The cart is a 05 TXT with 27" tires, did the search but cant find how to test.

If you let the smoke out of the controller then there is no way to put it back in, you will need a new controller
